Molecular Peptide Chain

The Science of Vitality

Everything you need to know about peptides, cellular optimization, and taking control of your biological age.

Chapter 1

Peptides 101

"Think of peptides as the master keys that unlock your body's natural healing and optimization processes."

1What are they?

Imagine your body is built out of Lego blocks called amino acids. When you snap a few of these blocks together in a short chain, you get a peptide. If you snap hundreds of them together, you get a protein (like the muscle in your arm). Peptides are basically tiny proteins.

2How do they work?

Because they are so small, peptides act as messengers. They travel through your bloodstream, find specific cells, and deliver a message. For example, one peptide might tell your skin cells to "produce more collagen," while another might tell an injured tendon to "heal faster."

The ZOE Compendium

The most researched, effective, and popular peptides derived from decades of advanced pharmacological research.

BPC-157

The Wolverine Peptide

A powerhouse for rapid tissue repair. Derived from gastric juices, it signals the body to aggressively heal tendons, ligaments, muscles, and the gut lining. Ideal for injury recovery.

Epitalon

The Anti-Aging Key

Discovered in Russia, Epitalon regulates the pineal gland and increases the production of telomerase—the enzyme responsible for protecting DNA. It is the gold standard for lifespan extension and deep sleep.

Semax & Selank

Cognition & Calm

Semax: A potent nootropic that acts like a stimulant without the crash, dramatically improving focus and learning.

Selank: The ultimate anti-anxiety peptide. It smooths out stress and clears brain fog while elevating mood.

Thymalin & Thymogen

Immune Fortification

Bioregulators that target the thymus gland. They reboot a weakened immune system, fight off viral infections, and regulate cellular immunity. Essential for aging populations.

Cortexin & Pinealon

Neuro-Restoration

Advanced peptides that repair brain tissue. Used clinically to recover from concussions, strokes, and cognitive decline by stimulating the growth of new neural pathways.

Vesugen

Vascular Health

A specialized bioregulator that targets the inner lining of blood vessels. It improves circulation, lowers blood pressure, and restores elasticity to aging arteries.

Administration & Safety

Using peptides is incredibly safe and straightforward when following proper protocols. Here is exactly how to prepare and administer your compounds.

1. Reconstitution (Mixing)

Peptides arrive as a freeze-dried powder to keep them stable. You must mix them with Bacteriostatic Water (BAC)—which is sterile water containing a tiny amount of alcohol to prevent bacteria.

Simply use a syringe to pull the BAC water, inject it slowly down the inner wall of the peptide vial, and gently swirl (never shake) until dissolved.

2. Peptide Math (Concentrations)

The Golden Rule: Total mg of peptide ÷ Total mL of water = mg per mL.

Example: If you have a 5mg vial of BPC-157 and add 2mL of water.
5 ÷ 2 = 2.5mg per mL.
A standard insulin syringe holds 1mL (100 "units"). So, 10 units (0.1mL) would give you a 250mcg dose.

3. The SubQ Injection

Most peptides are administered Subcutaneously (SubQ)—meaning into the fat layer just under the skin. It is virtually painless.

  • Use a tiny insulin syringe (e.g., 31 gauge, 5/16 inch).
  • Wipe the skin (usually stomach fat) with an alcohol pad.
  • Pinch an inch of fat, insert the needle straight in, and push the plunger.

Chapter 4

Blending & Compounding

Peptides are rarely used in isolation. By blending multiple compounds (often called "stacking"), they work synergistically to multiply their effects.

The Recovery Stack

BPC-157 + TB-500

While BPC-157 rapidly heals localized injuries like tendons, TB-500 travels throughout the entire body to reduce inflammation and promote muscle repair. Together, they cut healing times in half.

The Longevity Stack

Epitalon + Thymalin

Epitalon lengthens your telomeres to reset your biological clock, while Thymalin restores your aging immune system to its youthful state. This is the foundation of Russian anti-aging science.
